We are a young practice established in Conwy with projects covering North Wales and the North West of England, varying from community and education buildings, housing masterplans through to domestic projects. Our studio is based at the Riverside Business Park with the historic town centre of Conwy within walking distance, and we offer the option of hybrid flexible working to suit your personal requirements.
We are looking for a Project Architect or Architectural Technologist with at least three years post qualification experience in leading and delivering projects across all RIBA Stages. Strong design skills and technical knowledge are required combined with a sound knowledge of UK planning and building legislation. Revit proficiency is desired along with excellent communication skills.
As a practice we have a passion for sustainable and community led design and we are looking to grow our team with like-minded individuals. We are committed to offering our staff varied experience and the opportunity to develop your own personal skills and interests. Salary is dependent on experience.
