Welcome to our newest team members!

It's about time we properly introduced our newest team members at Saer! Ela and Lleucu both joined Saer in August as Part 1 Architectural Assistants. With Lleucu based in our Conwy office, and Ela mainly working from our growing Chester office, both have settled in brilliantly and are enjoying getting involved in the wide range of projects we're currently working on.

Ela joined Saer after graduating from the University of Bath in 2025. During her studies she gained experience working in practices in North Wales and Somerset as an Architectural Assistant on two six month work placements. Throughout her time in practice Ela has experienced working on a variety of projects primarily within the education sector.

Lleucu joined the practice after completing the third year of her BSc (Hons) in Architectural Studies at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. She has a strong interest in sustainability and brings a creative, research-led approach to design. She previously gained hands-on experience across all work stages during a placement at a Glasgow architectural practice.

We're delighted to have them on board and are looking forward to seeing their skills continue to grow over the next year.
