Our client had recently moved into their new home and were looking at how the property could be adapted to meet their current and future needs. Saer developed several design options exploring how the dwelling could be enhanced to provide a modern home with internal re-modelling, a new garden room off the main social family space, and looking at providing an additional bedroom and home office within the loft space.

The row of cottages have a Local Listing so a sympathetic but modern design was developed for the garden room, wrapped in cladding to form a tent like appearance. A number of 3D views were developed to investigate how a range of different materials could complement the existing stone cottage.
