We recently gained planning consent for proposals for Pilgrim Fitness' relocation to a new site, to facilitate their business expansion into an activity centre to include water sports equipment rental to the public.

The new building includes a gym, wellbeing cafe, reception and watersport training room with upper level terrace allowing views out across the beach to the sea beyond.
