Our client purchased the bungalow after seeing the potential to transform an outdated and complicated layout into a modern family home. Part of the clients brief was to re-plan and extend the existing layout to provide a large open-plan kitchen, dining and seating area, and a master bedroom with walk-in-wardobe and en-suite. The dark cladding on the extension provides a clear contrast between the old and the new.

 

We are thrilled that Saer Architects were chosen to help develop the design proposals. We’ll next be exploring the construction detailing and Building Regulations, and we look forward to sharing more updates on this project in the near future.
