Saer have joined forces with [NOT JUST] architecture to design this 21st Century primary school in Bangor that will be a sustainable place to learn in, and learn from for future generations.

Using a fabric first approach to reduce energy demand through high insulation levels, low air permeability and well considered details, the school is designed to meet the Welsh Government Net Zero operational carbon requirement.s.

Through careful selection of materials that are super robust, easy to install and have low embodied energy, the project will also reduce embodied carbon by a minimum of 20%.
