Saer have been working with AH2 Developments on this development of self-catering holiday apartments in Bull Bay, Anglesey.  Located on the site of the former Bull Bay Hotel which was demolished in 2022 due to health and safety concerns, we designed a new apartment block replicating the form and massing of the previous hotel building, with a contemporary twist to enhance and revitalise the site.  9no. two bedroom apartments are provided with open plan kitchen / living / dining rooms and Juliet balconies allowing views out across the Anglesey coastline. The building sits alongside a further 3no. three bedroom self catering houses that Saer have produced construction stage drawings for. The project started on site in July 2023.
