This project involved the complete internal remodelling of this split level home to maximise the benefit from the elevated sea views.  Through reconfiguring the plan and removing the first floor conservatory, and instead enclosing the space with a new modern glazed extension we were able to create a desirable open plan kitchen / living / dining with juliet balcony and accommodate an additional double bedroom.  A new render finish with elements of feature timber cladding helps to modernise the external appearance of the property.

After preparing the initial design we were appointed by the client to oversee both the Planning and Building Regulation submission stages.  The project was completed in October 2022.
