We have been working with a local North Wales business on proposals for a first floor commercial office extension to provide much needed additional floor space. The new extension sits on top of an existing single story element of the building and offers two new offices at first floor level for six staff plus meeting facilities. The proposed design and materials modernise the appearance of the building whilst the large windows ensure good daylight levels within the offices and offer greater supervision of the wider site.
