Saer have been assisting SG Estates with the development of working drawing packages for a range of housetypes used on their Wrexham Road project in Rhostyllen.  Phase 1 of the development consists of 44 plots with a mix of 2 bed, 3 bed 4 bed and 5 bed properties, providing 28 open market and 16 affordable homes. 

 

Saer has also provided additional services including 3D streetscapes for marketing purposes.
