This site in Morfa Nefyn is our second site for Gwynedd Council as part of their ‘Ty Gwynedd’ initiative, providing homes that are designed to be affordable, adaptable, sustainable, energy efficient and promote health and well-being.  This development provides 9no. two and three bedroom homes, with open plan ground floor layouts and flexible spaces designed to accommodate home working and sustainable technologies including ASHP’s.  Future adaptability is considered for a number of plots with attic rooms designed for future conversion.
