Located on the site of a former garage in Caernarfon, this four storey building transforms a previously derelict brownfield plot into twenty one affordable apartments for over 55's.  Saer were appointed by Read Construction following a design and build tender to assist with the technical design and construction stages.  Designed to meet Welsh Government’s Welsh Development Quality Requirements and Lifetime Homes, the building provides a mix of one and two bedroom apartments alongside  a communal lounge and kitchen space for residents to use.
