Clwb Rygbi Abergele's (CRA) vision for the existing club house was to develop a Community Sports Hub that serves Pentre Mawr Park and the local community. Saer worked closely with the CRA to develop a number of design options to explore different ways of responding to the brief and to assist with ways to obtain grant funding for the project. The first phase focussed on improving the changing rooms and creating a function space to the rear of the building, whilst phase two looks at increasing the number of changing rooms and relocating the social space upstairs, overlooking the sports pitches towards spectacular views.
