An existing North Wales based Farm Park were looking to improve and expand upon their existing facility. Saer worked closely with the client to develop a site wide masterplan after reviewing how the current layout could work more efficiently to ease day to day running of the visitor park.

As part of this redevelopment the car park was to be relocated and assisted in leading visitors into the new 1000m² building which included a visitors’ centre, theatre, café, and internal play areas.

The form of the building also created several external children’s play areas around the building for families to explore and lead visitors into the existing attraction park.
